Anyone want $30?

I'm looking for someone to draw me a tattoo to actually be inked for my birthday.
As the title suggests, i will pay whoever does draw me up a design i'll use.

What i'm looking for:
Ultimately, a Jellyfish! I have a total fixation on them and want the Jellyfish to be the feature of the tattoo.
I would like either a filigree key or an ornamental heart to be wrapped in the Jellyfish's tenticles.

Basically, i want my tattoo to look as if the jellyfish is swimming with the key/heart, or as if it's falling to the ocean floor.

I want it fairly big... No more than 10 inches tall and 8 inches wide, to go either on my hip, ribs or lower back.

If you think you can do this for me, start sketching and i'll let you know at the sketch stage whether or not it will work for me.
